  1. I have a 915d3 driver with a regular flex shaft. Is there any issue with replacing the shaft with A more flexible shaft. I am looking fora 19 degree 915h hybrid. They all seem to have a stiff or very stiff shaft. Any issue with buying one and putting in a regular flex shaft. Or should I buy another 21 degree and change the loft. I have a 21, 23 and 25 and hit them great

No issues man, as long as you can get the Titleist tip on it, you should be able to swap shafts in and out.

For driver, any shaft from any Titleist driver from the first Sure-Fit hosel in the 910 to TS can be used.

The 21 915 hybrid can only be adjusted to 20.25 degrees by the hosel setting. Finding a 19 hybrid with a softer shaft will be harder to come by. As in my case, I've never been able to get enough distance separation from a 21 hybrid to get a 19 - but I am a slower swinger. Not many of us bought a 19 for that reason. It is possible to order a TS hybrid shaft for the 19 in the correct length but the cost of the shaft is close enough to a new TS that it may not be worth buying a used hybrid and a new shaft just to find out it doesn't give you enough distance to bother. At least with a fitting you'd know that a 19's maximum benefit is worth the new club.

The other option is to consider a 5W. Plenty of shaft options for that loft in the used market.
