Hey Everyone, Hope you are all excited for the new TSI metals as they are the real deal. I got fitted last Thursday 10/15/20 for a driver and 2 fairways. I placed an order on the spot because I saw quite an improvement, like mind boggling improvement. I was just wondering if anyone placed an order and if you were quoted a build time? My fitter didn't have an answer to that at the time. Did anyone order yet and receive their driver? My level of excitement and anticipation for this release is off the charts. Especially with the cold weather coming, I want to log some rounds before winter hits. Thanks everyone!

p.s-Which Titleist release is harder to wait for?

    A. Driver & Fairway Metals B. Irons C. Wedges D. Putter E. Hybrids F. New Gear

    My Answer: A

Customer service quoted me about 4 weeks when I placed an order for a customer yesterday. The only people that should have the new metals in hand are Titleist Staff players as no retail orders have shipped as yet. The "in store" date is November 12th.

I was fit on 10/15 and placed my order the same day. When I placed my order I was quoted 3-5 days build time, then shipping. (Which I know is usually standard operating time, when all items are in stock) I also added express overnight shipping. When we inquired when they didn’t show up in that time frame, we were told that they were “holding on to my order” until the full retail release on November 12th. I’ve been fitted many many times by Titleist, usually on the first day new items are released and this is the first time I’ve been told my order will have to wait to full public release, even tough everything is in stock and ready to go. I’m usually pretty patient, but if the clubs I ordered don’t come until mid November, most courses up here in NY begin closing as the weather starts getting very cold. Kind if disappointing, but not the end of the world. I’ll now hold off on providing my opinions and fitting story until my clubs come. No free marketing from me now, haha lol. Love you Titleist, but hook up us long time Team Titleist members and release our orders. I did pay FULL retail price.

Under normal circumstances, if all the components are readily available it runs ten business days, west coast to east coast. These are not normal circumstances. With a new release there could be a back long as well as the situation with the COVID19. I would follow up with the Titleist account that ordered you new equipment.
they can easily track it for you. After two weeks (ten business days) if you have not received it) contact them.
They have the order number and can check with Titleist. The Titleist account that your clubs were ordered thru is your contact point......
  5. Did you order the TSI2 or 3?

Tsi2 in driver, 13.5 & 18 in fairways. I am coming from the TS2 so it was a natural transition for me as I am very comfortable with the shape. I hit both and the trackman numbers were much better for me with the 2.

I think we should feel fortunate we can play golf and buy new clubs. Waiting time is irrelevant; as soon as we can play and spoil ourselves with new Titleist clubs every now and then, I do not mind waiting an extra week or so.

Having said that, I do understand your frustration. I hope you get to play some rounds with your new driver.

I agree 100% Diego! You help put it in perspective and I appreciate that buddy! Been trying to get my family to move to Florida like most New Yorkers do, to no avail as of yet, lol. Just jealous you get to play year round. My season ends in November and I get serious golf depression and withdrawal. Enjoy the sun, send some rays our way and stay safe!

I was fortunate enough to participate in a staff fitting event on October 5th and I received my TSi driver and fairway wood on the 23rd.
