    Trying to watch the exciting 4th round of the ZoZo and I just wish Azinger and "Bones" would just keep quiet for 15 seconds. They both talked over every caddie/player conversations and practically every backswing follow through and putt. So annoying. Such great golf being played on a beautiful layout ruined by these two babbling announcers.

    This reminds me of a sign I saw online that was a couple at the World Series this year and read...”we paid $10000 for airfare and tickets so we didn’t have to listen to Joe Buck”. Guessing you can relate to them...lol

    My wife usually only complains about football announcers being over-bearing. The golf guys were called out yesterday and she barely pays attention.

    BTW, after 13 and 16, JT was pulling new balls from a black box. Does that signify he is still using the 2019 Pro-V1? Like headcovers, I'm not always sure the box or the cover are of the actual product in use.

    These newer announcers should watch tapes of the Pat Summerall / Ken Venturi team. They knew when to talk and when to let the action do the talking.

    Agreed, unfortunately most announcers these days seem to think we tune in to hear them talk, when all we want to do is watch the best in the world play golf. I am pretty sure most members of TT can figure out a downhill double breaker from 50 feet is a difficult putt and could say, "He'll do well to get it within a couple of feet".
