  1. So a couple of years ago I decided that was a little hooked with this game and as such if I spend some hard grant cash on new equipment I would play more, I researched all equipment but decided on Titleist, and went a purchased a complete set of AP irons, some Titleist driver and woods, a Titleist putter and I obviously needed a Titleist towel and bag o complete the set. I decided on a StaDry trolley bag, along with the matching StaDry cap and a Titleist umbrella. Unfortunately before I could play too much I did my back in and didn't have the confidence to start playing again. This changed last year and I played a few games, but did my back in again, and then COVID struck. Last week I started again, I need three scorecards to get my official handicap, joined my local club and started playing again. I reckon I will get about a 31HC, so not too hot at this wonderful game. Yesterday I played 18 holes with a new to golf friend so we are as bad as each other, it started off sunny. By the 11 or 12th we were getting wet

    VERY wet

As we came up the 18th the klaxons blew to bring everyone in (well I say everyone, we were the only ones out), wet and cold, we got to our vehicles to put bags away before visiting the 19th, I took my shoes off (Footjoys) to bone dry feet, unlike my mate, he had to change his whole outfit whereas I just walked into the club house wearing basically what I had worn on the course.. Everything in my bag (phone, wallet, kets etc) all bone dry At this point I loved the fact I purchased a well known make of equipment as my mate took a soaked wallet out of his bag...

You get what you pay for.

    Thank you TT

It's great to hear the positive experience you had with your Titleist gear. I do know that most of their products if not all, go through real world testing with everyone from pros, amateurs to your weekend warrior.

I believe that's one of the reasons Titleist doesn't release updates to their products every year or multiple times within a year; it takes time to gather all the information from real world wear testing to see how a product could be improved before it hits the retail market.
