It's a great day to be a Titleist fan as new T100, T100•S, T200, and U•505 irons are making their way into the hands of the world's best players at the Travelers Championship.

Hear from J.J. VanWeezenbeck, Director of Player Promotions, as he shares the hard work leading up to today and what to expect in the weeks to come:

We will be sure to update this thread with stories, images, and videos as we release new T-series irons around the globe. Here are a few snaps to enjoy in the meantime and let us know which new model you have your eye on in a comment below!

Will Titleist come out with a more forgiving T300 iron version in the fall?
  4. I was told August 26 release for my recently pre-ordered T-300

Just got the email showing the new irons. They look great. I will be curious to read about the difference between each different iron.

Love the clean look of the new T series. Reminds me a little like the CNCPT series. Dropping the T300 and T400 or maybe later release?

I am interested to see some different angles and specs come out. I can see more combo sets with the T200 at 4-5 irons with these. I was just fitted into the T100 with PX LZ 5.5 at the beginning of the year and love the irons but might switch out my 4 and 5 for a T200.
  7. This is exactly what I did. PX LZ6 with T200 delofted a degree in both 4 and 5 iron to combo with my T100 in stock loft 6-PW. The 4&5 hit into a higher window and it’s awesome. The forgiveness is what I need at those distances too.
  8. The pictures on their instagram look sooooooooooooooooo good!

Agree, they look really good. Glad i waited to pull the trigger on new irons. Titleist, when will these hit the fitting carts?
  10. Saw the pics on Instagram of the new T100, T200, and U500. They look amazing! Can’t wait to get my hands on a set. I game 718ap2 and considered making switch to T100, but think I will wait until these are released

  11. Me too!, I'm gonna wait for the T100S..

    Hey Dr O,

I saw the pictures over on the Titleist socials on Twitter, and I completely agree! They look phenomenal! I am currently gaming 716 AP1's and I love them, but definitely considering the switch over to these new T-100s also
  13. Can't wait to try these.

I absolutely LOVE the clean, new look of the 2022 T-200, T100, T100S and U505 irons. The similarity between them (as far as their looks go) will be ideal for putting together a combo-set, for those of you, like me, who might appreciate a bit more forgiveness in the longer irons. (Frankly, the original T200, which I play in my longer irons now, and hit wonderfully most of the time, never really gave me the warm and fuzzies due to all the busy-ness on the back/cavity. The new T200 is as clean and immaculate as the T100 now.....at least in the pics Titleist released earlier today.

I guess it's time to sell off some old Titleist clubs on eBay now. I will be putting the proceeds in the coffee can earmarked for a new combo set of T-series irons. I've already gotten the lineup set in my head:

    T100S PW-7 iron, T200 6i and 5i.

SInce I literally just put a new U500 custom-shafted 4i (utility) in the bag a month or so ago, I'll stick with it for now, but I'm intrigued to see and feel the new U505 version. Knowing myself and my penchant for the latest and greatest, I would not be surprised to be playing one next year, despite loving my present U500.

  15. Marketing put up a with this announcement. Looks to me they took into account the sales and customer feedback seriously into account for this new design. Impressive stuff!
  16. Does anyone know if Titleist offers trade ins? i literally got fitted last year and bought the T200 but now they're coming out with new ones....damnit! Hopefully they can help me out because these look clean!

In regard to the trade-in program, I've dealt with 2nd Swing and they are ok to deal with, but they used to give you more of a allowance for your clubs if you purchased your new clubs from them versus cashing out your clubs and buying elsewhere. Call them and double check their policy. They sell new clubs as well as used.

I just got the t 200 love the look and the set up but my ball flight in the lower irons are so low I can’t play with them . Got fitted off of Matt’s thinking of changing my shafts?
  19. Tony, Just checked the titleist trade in pg. I have T100's and bought them this spring. They quoted $665/for 8 irons. That's roughly $800.00 for a few months use. Guess I'll be waiting to upgrade.

I'm sure that 300's are on the way. Tour validation is only for 100's and 200's as I'm sure that tour players are using those 2 models.

Playing the T-100s now…curious on the improvements! New ones look AMAZING!
  22. I got a guy who is a fitter, and he says that the S’s have some kind of insert. Not sure what that’s all about. Maybe someone from Titleist can confirm? The regular T100 do not and look amazing.

I personally would be very disappointed if that insert doesn’t look right

The T200s look great, but do they retain all the tech, max impact, tungsten weighting, etc... and the current ones, just hidden inside the cavity, or are they are total redesign? Maybe the T300s will have a great classic Titleist look to them as well

Having tested the T100"s and the T200's the new release will be another Win for Titleist!
Hoping to learn more about the club profiles in the near future.

They are visually stunning and extremely playable!!!
    Most forgiving Titleist Irons Ever!!!!

    Cheers,

The new line looks great. Wish I still had the game to put the T200 in play. Maybe the best looking iron I've seen.
