A while back, I was given a few Titleist pullovers that my dad hand me down. They are my favorites and they are still in great shape- I take good care of them, but I don't wear them often anymore- so much good memories from it, I don't want to part with them. They must have been from late 70s-early/mid 80s. They're solid colors and my two favorites were the solid black with the script Titleist on the left breast in white, and the other favorite is the solid powder blue with a black Titleist script.

Gears like this for golf are really cool to have, but I'm not sure if I'm the only one who would be interested in a Titleist golf essentials as such although I would guess that there may be a few who would be interested.

Are there any plans to have "Titleist apparels" available for sale to the public or maybe for Team Titleist loyalists? I understand that there is FootJoy and they have nice gears and I have quite a few of them. But a Titleist would be very nice.

    Thanks.

I would love Titleist apparel. I know fitters and pros have Titleist logo on their apparel. Foot Joy would be the obvious choice for pullovers and polos. Would love a Team Titleist pullover someday.

Doubt you'll see it, the closest would be a Titleist patch on a FJ item!

You are not alone. I would definitely be interested in buying Titleist apparel.

Every now and then I see Titleist apparel on eBay. Titleist apparel is available in Japan and Korea.

    One day... :)

Back in the day all the Titleist clothing was produced by a company called Corbin. With the current Titleist/FootJoy relationship being linked to corporate Acushnet, I don't see this changing anytime soon. There are a few FootJoy shirts with actual Titleist logos available at the Ball Plant #3 gift shop but other than that, pretty much exclusive to Titleist employees or professionals.

Wow, I just thought there'd be more than a few who would be interested if anything.

But oh well, maybe Titleist Japan is it for now.

Not that there isn't interest, its more about corporate alignment to products and marketing. Kind of like the DoD gets into the Services discussions over Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force aviation and who can have what kinds of aircraft. Titleist does not have competing lines therefore no clothing even though, like the Services, there are a few overlaps like gloves and hats that both companies carry. I am sure this topic is an annual executive discussion at Acushnet but market demand will only play a partial weight in the decision. Stay warm up there No'l. Winter is coming and I know how bad that cold wind blows up there in the High Desert.

Agree, FJ does an awesome with apparel and Titleist staff and ambassadors can get the Titleist logo on their shirts, which we are not entitled to. I believe Acushnet is happy with the current alignment of the two divisions.

Roger that, Dale. I completely understand again. If anyone knew about it, I'm one of them. But like a kid obsessed about a toy, every now and then, I forget what my parents just explained and I try to reason from the heart without the mind. I guess I'll be mowing our lawn along with the neighbor's with no allowance pay for a month. (that's what my mom and dad would tell me and the neighbors to punish me for being suborn)

As for winter here, at least between January through March, my bride and I have drafted plans for visiting the lower desert and the central coast a few days at a time. Not much golf up in the central coast, but there are a few fav wineries and good eats with some sceneries by the water.

But then also developing,,, we're just waiting to hear about the findings from imagery center on my right shoulder and hoping for a sound plan of treatment from docs. I've been in pain for more than a few months now and it hasn't gone away. It probably didn't help golfing the last three consecutive extended long weekends for club championship, L.A. Seniors Championship, and our little the Santa Barbara/Ventura outing with the guys. Nursing and practicing then go in competition with pain is a silly thing to say the least... (just in case no one has tried that.) So I maybe out of commission for golf for a while and will miss some annual golf outings along with So Cal Team Play. :-(

P.S. aren't you planning to have the TT San Diego outing in July next year? ;-) ;-) ;-) (lol)

Sorry to hear about the shoulder and hopefully it gets resolved soon. We usually have the San Diego outing in March but might bump to the first weekend in April to give a little more time between it and the Team Titleist International at Casa de Campo in Match. Hope you are well enough to come down by then.

Play through, Dale, and thanks for thinking of me. But it's unlikely if I have to go through a surgery,

It would certainly be cool to see. When I lived in Japan I saw Titleist clothing in golf shops but the price was absurd. I couldn’t bring myself to buy a polo for $150 or a sweatshirt for over $200. But all golf related clothing and equipment is highly priced over there.

Titleist apparel is available to those who live in Japan. I looked at the Titleist site and found nothing regarding shipping outside of Japan, only where to purchase inside Japan. They have some nice items on the site and it is in Japanese but you have an option to choose English so you can read the site.
