I THINK THAT THE BUY/DELL/TRADE FORUM WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION AS LONG AS THE TITLEIST STAFF DOES NOT HAVE TO SPEND TIME HAGGLING WITH IT.
I ALSO THINK THAT SOME SORT OF AWARD SYSTEM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUMS WOULD ADD TO THE ENJOYMENT.
EXAMPLE: 100 POSTS-BAG TAG WITH TEAM TITLEIST CO-CAPTAIN ON IT
200 POSTS-TEAM TITLEIST HAT WITH YOUR NAME ON IT.
300 " - A DOZEN TT GOLF BALLS
AT SOME POINT---A TITLEIST BONUS CARD GOOD FOR 25% OFF TITLEIST PURCHASES
,,,,,,,,,SOMETHING TO WORK TOWARD BY PARTICIPATION

That is a great idea, I also like the idea of the TT golf tournaments the buy, sell and trade forum could be a interesting to see.

Great idea about the handicap tracker with stats, course and score info. That's been recommended in the past. It would be a good way for TT members to see where others are playing and see their stats. I would like to have that functionality on the site.

I'd love a reward system but us vets like you and me would have so much stuff!

Slideshows are awesome. I really like 'inside the ropes' looks at stuff. I also really like the Tour Van pictures. Maybe some video analysis of some different Tour swings. Side by side swings with Ricky vs Rory, Fisher vs Manassero, Crane vs Stricker etc. It always fascinates me how different guys do the same things in different ways (if that makes sense)
Maybe we could have each player’s profile include a short video of their swing? From the back and from the side would be perfect?
I would also like to see the condensation of topics. There are so many “test ball” and “1 vs 1x” and “D2 vs D3” topics out there. Since they’re essentially asking the same questions we should stick them together to get the most discussion per topic that we can. Maybe a moderator can put all these together?
I also love the live webisodes. A chat with the Voke was sweet, and the new Ball discussion was awesome too. Maybe you guys can lure Scotty away from his studio to take some of our questions?
Tips from the Tour are always appreciated.
Keep up the good work, and we all thank you for your efforts!

It would be nice to see some type of trading forum put in place, but I would suggest that this would cause a problem, legally, for Titleist. Because it is their domain, they might be held responsible for anything that would happen.
If anything, I would like to see some type of categorization of the numerous topics that we seem to be getting. One that could be added is a reference feature for previous asked questions in each current category we have. That could cut down on the many repeats we have been getting. Another would be a more defined system of catergories that could separate the postings for those of us who have specific questions about the equipment; ie; irons, drivers, fairway, hybrids, balls, bags, clothing, hats, etc. With each category being more specific and reference to past questions asked, it could be beneficial to those just coming in and to those of us who need to ask that question again.
Another feature I, personally, would like to see is in depth interviews with Titleist Brand Ambassadors.
After going thru all this, I would also like to thank those at staff on Team Titleist for their continuing efforts to make this a great experience and for the contests and sweeps that are provided. It is really a nice place to be and will continue to succeed and be a great place for golfers of all ranges to share ideas and experiences.

I'm a fan of the "Tips from the Tour" videos. Would like to see more of those from Titleist staff players.

Now you're on to something Leroy!
A little Team Titleist "office tournament" type day. I would be glad to help set something up in Northern Massachusetts/ Southern Maine/ Southern New Hampshire. We wouldn't even have to make it super competitive (although I would love to slap some hurt on those TM guys, but I think a social tournament would make more folks sign up). A two man or four man scramble or even just a TT outing with some pin prizes. Just pick a day, pick a course, and see who signs up.
I'm sure a course would give us a block of tee times at a decent rate (Weekday prices for weekend days, free cart/ range balls, or at least a discount at the 19th hole etc...). I'm sure there's tons of courses that would love to host an event like this.
All Titleist would have to do is supply some pin prizes/ SWAG, maybe bring a fitting fan or something, and then we would post the info on here and let people sign up through the course (or even an online golfwebsite type of setting).
It would be a huge hit because it would involve everything we TT folks love: GOLF and TITLEIST GEAR.
If we make it social with just the right amount of competition I'm sure the event would be awesome. I would love to meet some of the folks that I'm "friends with" on this site. I like you're thinking Leroy...
What do you think Mike et al.?
JOSH, MAYBE IF TITLEIST LIKES THIS IDEA, THEY CAN ASK A TITLEIST SALES REP, TO HELP SET UP A GOLF TOUNAMENT AT A COURSE THAT WILL BE WILLING TO HAVE US THERE AND HAVE A MINI CLINIC AND A FITTING DAY FOR US. IF BY CHANCE ONE OF US WHATS TO PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT WE WERE FITTED WITH, WE CAN GET A PRICE FROM THE PRO AT THIS COURSE. SO, WE GET TO PLAY AND MEET OTHER TT MEMBERS, HAVE A MINI CLINIC, GET FITTED FOR ANYTHING WE MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN, AND GET A GOOD PRICE FROM THEIR PRO SHOP. WE WIN THE REP WINS, THE PRO WINS AND TITLEIST WINS. CAN IT GET ANY BETTER!!! WHAT DO YOU SAY MIKE, CAN YOU ASK TITLEIST ABOUT THIS. I KNOW I HAVE BEEN TO SOME DEMO DAYS AND THE REPS DO ALL THEY CAN TO HELP THE COURSE PROS OUT, THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER MANUFACTURES THERE AND I THINK PEOPLE THEN TO GET CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT IS REALLY GOOD FOR THEM. WHAT DO YOU THINK JOSH?

Hi guys,All great ideas. We really appreciate all of the input and feedback that we receive, and we are committed to continuously improving the Team Titleist experience. We do have a number of new features planned for 2011 that we think everyone will be excited to see us roll out and we are always working on new and different exclusive Team Titleist event opportunities such as the fitting days we've posted here on the site. As always, Team Titleist will be the first to hear as new information becomes available. Thanks again for the suggestions and keep them coming!

iphone/ipad app. Accessing through the browser is fine, but an iphone app would be better.
Here is a better one - feedback from players (like me!) on your clubs - which can be fed to R&D for improvement for next years model (and praise for this years!) For example, the 910 D2 with the 72 gram Diamana shaft is stellar for me! LOVE IT. Pure mastery in terms of feel/look/sound. What needs improvement? (I'm ducking behind my monitor as I type this).....Vokey wedges. They are WAY too hard for making buttery chips and little pitches and high flopping sand shots. The bounces are also too low. Sorry, but the Callaway X Jaws wedges are forged, have a high bounce and feel 10 times better.
You might already have this....but a chart (and related discussions) around the various shaft options you offer on drivers/FW/Hybrids. The chart would show kick point, launch, etc. I could have sworn I saw something like this on the Titleist website before....maybe not...
I think you have already done an excellent job with TT.
I like the idea of www.titleistpreowned.com - but then again, that does little to help you sell new clubs!
Lefty's corner perhaps? Left handed tips from left handed golfers?
mike , if you are having trouble with your high lobs and soft pitches, check out lee trevinos tips on this in the golf channel web site. i can stop a ball on a dime from 30 years out in a 3 foot circle with any wedge material and bounce angle it touch not softness!!

Just a few ideas I thought of while looking at the site. Might work well, or I might get banned. lol
Maybe sub categories in the different forums. It might help to get all the duplicate questions answered with out clogging up the main forums. Maybe we could also add new forums for Golf Courses , Vacations ideas, etc.

There's really no downside to this.
All we would need to do is test the water with a: Would you attend a TT event/tournament in __________ (city) ______________(State)? thread. If the response is good we can start to plan a day. With a fitting/demo/19th hole event folks could still come by even if they couldn't play the whole 18 that day.
I've be apart of planning/hosting some medium sized (about 50 people) tournaments in the past and it's really not that hard. Any good track knows how to host a tournament. I would be glad to help in New England.
I can't wait to see what 2011 brings.
Great idea. Would like to see some TT events.
JOSH, I THINK THE GROUND WORK IS SET, ALL WE NEED IS TITLEISTS' OK AND WHICH TITLEIST REP WILL BE INVOLVED. I HOPE IT HAPPENS. I HOPE WE CAN GET IT DONE IN THE SPRING, SO OUR FELLOW TT MEMBERS CAN ENJOY THEIR NEW CLUBS(IF PURCHASED) FOR THE RESTOF THE YEAR.

I sure hope so. There's nothing better than a good old golf tourney!
The R&D Live Webcast today was very informative.
They even answered my question that was submitted.

I would like to see a shot tracker type tool that is posted to your profile. You would be able to put in the course you played, what you shot, how many fairway's/green's you hit, and how many putts. The tool would calculate your averages for each stat. You could also compare your stats to other people's stats that have the same handicap as you to see where you stand.
B. HoganGilbert, AZ
more profile options. If you go to other web sites you can upload a video of your swing and compare it to the pro golfers. If titleist did that it would blow the other websites out of the water.

def more Q & A features on Titleist athletes and more sweepstakes.
I would be interested in the golf event if it were in my area. Another thing I would really like to see is if you do have sweeps, post them on Team Tilleist too.. I don't tweet and am not a regular visitor to Facebook and I have missed several sweeps as a result. Other than that, this is one of the best forums going along with the one in FootJoy.

Eagle3,
I guess it sounds like a TT eyeball event... hehe. I think members should get organized by areas first, to see how many people are in a particular spot. There's no way to find out other TT members living near my area (South-East WI). Anybody???

There are some great ideas posted...I would love to see a rewards program similar to what Dowloski mentioned. I'm also interested in the Team Titleist golf events!
