    Thanks Team Titleist for the awesome sweepstakes.  I was lucky enough to win a dozen golf balls.  I noticed in the rules that there might be a release form that I need to complete.  I haven't received any notification or release from Titleist, so I'm just checking to see if anyone else has received one and/or received their golf balls.

    Thanks for the note and congratulations on the win. We are still in the process of sending out the notifications and shipping the golf balls of choice to all of the winners. We hope to have all of the golf balls shipped by the end of next week and it typically takes a few days in transit. Thanks again.

    I also was a winner in the Sweepstakes but have not received any balls or information.  Do I need to do anything before receiving the balls?

    Hi Kevin,

    I just spoke with the team and we are sending all of the golf balls out to the sweepstakes winners next week, so you should see them at your doorstep within the next two weeks. Thank you for your patience and enjoy the golf balls.
