    I would use a longer ball with less spin. Tru-soft. Bring my titleist umbrella and FJ rain gear. Try to hit straight low shots for wind. And of course work on my Scottish accent! "FORE!"

    Get there early and adjust to the time difference. Take the hybrids out and switch to MB irons for a lower ball flight. Work on the ground game (bump and run, putting from fwy) as well as working the ball in windy conditions.

    Tee shots use more club and shorter backswing for lower ball flight. Approach shorts full swing. Royal Troon was playing nice an soft. Those two made putting look easy on Sunday.

    i see i am a winner. i would like to thank you and Team Titleist very much. i look forward with much anticipation to a good cup of coffee with my new mug before i head out for a round and repair pitch marks with the new divot tool. and of course the cap must be worn while drinking my coffee :) :)
