Agreed. The opportunity to test the balls is invaluable.

I think that true TT members feel the same way and I too would love to see these "loyal" members banned

Here...here!

I agree with everyone, if a TT member put test balls up for sale then he or she isn't worthy of Titleist's trust. But maybe, the balls were stolen, maybe they were delivered to a wrong address, a lot of possibilities of something other than a Titleist playing doing wrong. Hopefully it was just something that went wrong and not a member.

How does one get some test golf balls? I would love to try some out!
Ray T.Wilmette, IL
The criteria for being chosen is detailed in one of the other threads. But basically, make sure your profile is complete and contribute to the forum.
Otherwise, I know where you can get some...for a price.

I don't know how to get the test balls, but I would like to be able to receive them. I think it is wrong that people are getting them and then turning around and selling them. It is very cool how they do this for their customers, yet it is bad that people are taking advantage of them.

I agree - am new to the program and just got my first sleeve. It was exciting to think that I am able to participate in this program. Love the Test Balls
Allen PClermont, FL
I agree. Anyone who received the test balls should feel honored that they were selected. Not everybody gets the opportunity and those who don't receive test balls must feel dejected when they hear of some people putting them up for sale.

AGREE 100 % I TAKE IT AS SOMETHING TITLEIST DOSE'NT HAV TO DO AND I ENJOY TESTING NEW BALLS

A couple weeks ago I received my first sleeve of test balls and feel honored and TRUSTED by Titleist to test and provide feedback to them. I would never consider selling them. I agree with the others that suggest that individual be eliminated by Titleist from their test programs. Not sure I understand this guy since one would presume one is a golfer if signed up for TT and would at least use them even if no intention of providing feedback to Titleist. I also wonder after they are sold what the "tester" will provide as feedback. Hopefully none rather than a lie. although he could say great balls - I made $10 bucks off you guys thanks for the freebies. If you Titleist could know who this seller is I say ban them.

Hi Team Titleist,
Thank you for all of the posts and notes regarding this topic. As you can imagine, we are also disappointed when we see a few individuals selling the prototype golf balls on certain sites. Unfortunately this happens from time-to-time but we do monitor the situation closely.
Please know that we still plan to conduct future test panels with Team Titleist members and we'll continue to do our best to select members that are interested in participating in the testing process. The feedback we receive from Team Titleist is invaluable and we can not thank all of you enough for your time and support.
Thanks again.

I think you should code the boxes and if found on any service for trade, auction or sale site, you should trace the number and ban the individual from ever participating. Now for the good news, I have been playing and testing the new balls, and may just send it back to you. Not because I don't like it,, but , I have played 72 holes so far with the same ball. It is showing a little wear but still performing. I have never used one for that many holes before, but just wanted to see what this one did over and over,, Not to mention,, I haven't lost it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sure you have tested them the same way , but I will be happy to send it back for inspection. Well maybe after I try it again Friday... going for 90 holes?

Thank you for the offer to send it back, Brad. But we want to see you keep playing with it! Obviously you are hitting it very well if you have gone 72 holes without losing a ball.
Keep up the great play!

Bubba, When do we get the form to evaluate the test balls? Or do we do it somewhere on the Team Titliest website?
Hi Terry,
The email survey should be sent out very shortly. Looking forward to hearing your feedback.
Have a good one.

As a rabid golfer with nowhere neat the talent and experience of many of the members here, things like this make a person feel wanted and needed within the game. I don't think there is any company out there other than Titleist that will allow people from the worst to the best be entrusted to not only test their product, but actually value their feedback all the way down the line. Little things like this from a big company breed product commitment and endorsement. With that I will be a Titleist enthusiast until they bury me with my gear....Not even then will they get my stuff....
William MConway, AR
Wow, to give up the privilege to play and give feedback on tomorrow's ball. Oh, by the way the first hole with the ball this weekend was a birdie….I like it
Daryl GAllen, TX
I totally agree. The new ones that were just sent out seemed to travel a bit longer and had what seems to be a tad more control.
Mark KWoodford, VA
The same guy that sells his TEST balls probably improves his lie when nobody is watching.......It's a character flaw for sure!
