I was fitted on 11/21 @ GolfMart in San Rafael CA. I was there to try the new Callaway Tour Octane. I didn't like the stock shaft and there where no other options. The fitter suggested I try the 910: one swing and it had my attention. One hour later I ordered  a D3 with a Project X 73 in tour stiff. I'm replacing (I hope) my Adams A4 Tour prototype with Matrix Xcon 7 shaft. For 4 years nothing has come close to the feel and distance. The numbers on the D3 looked promising. I'm looking forward to some course time

I was fit for the new titleist 910 a couple weeks ago at Haggin Oaks in sactown and was AMAZED by the performance of the new driver. I have been playing the 905S for the past four years and i instantly felt a difference. My old driver is still in awesome condition cosmetically, but face of my old driver was beat to hell and has been hard to find the sweet spot for the past year. I had the 905S with a 9.5* head and an Aldila NV 75S shaft in it, so the ball flight was in the middle and was pretty boring due to the weight of the shaft. The guy who was doing my fitting had me try many shafts other than the stock but when we found the right head, setting and degree, the aldila rip was just the most outstanding shaft ive ever felt. It kept the ball flight boring while giving the club tremendous feel. I was set to a Titleist 910 D3, 8.5* with the Aldila RIP 60S with a A-1 setting, and I will be recieving it in January. CANNOT WAIT!

I picked up my 910 D2 driver earlier this morning and I already got a chance to try it out! On my 910 D2 10.5* driver I have a Diamana 65 Kai'li shaft which feels a lot better than my old driver. After messing around with the 16 different settings, I found the B2 setting the best for me. I went to the Golf Zone in Wouburn where Rory (one of the pros) and i looked at 3 different 910 drivers and tried them all out on the golf monitor. I chose the Diamana 65 kai'li shaft because it was giving me a little more distance off the tee and a higher ball flight. My previous driver was the 909 D2 9.5* with a Diamana 65 Blue shaft. I wasn't consistent with that driver and i had a tendency of fading it too much. I feel like the 910 is much easier control. Im very happy with it so far and I cant wait to use it in tournaments in the spring!

Thanks once again for providing us with another industry standard!  Got my fitting done at Miles Of Golf in Ann Arbor, MI.  Top notch facility with even better staff,  Very patient, knowlegible and professional.  Kudos to Brent Norton for getting me in the right setting, shaft and flex for my new 910D2.  Even had a chance to play with it one round before our water hazards were eliminated here in Michigan. Ha.  The right "stuff" for me is a 10.5 D2, iilima 61 stiff shaft with the a1 setting.  Now I can't wait for a road trip south next month.  Thanks once again for being "THE STANDARD".

    Thanks Titleist!

I was lucky enough to get selected to get a Tour fitting in November at the Titleist Oceanside facility.  I received my 910 D3 10.5 Axivcore Black S driver on 12/9.  Im hitting it better than my 909 D2.  Thanks for the perfect fit and a perfect club!

I was fit for my 910 at TPI on Nov 15.  Between waiting for it to ship, work, a 2 week bout with the flu, Christmas preps, and it seems like a million other excuses, I finally got my first two rounds with it this past weekend.  I shot 71 and 74 (net 63 and 66), won all my bets, and the admiration of my playing partners.  On many holes they would all hit from the fairway then we would walk 50 yards to my ball.  On one par 5 I hit driver 8 iron (although it was playing downwind and our game that day was from the white tees, this is still very unusual for me).

To be fair, I am normally one of the longer hitters in the group but I was hitting balls places I've never hit balls before.  At TPI the launch monitor told us I was hitting it about 15 yards farther than my 909.  I'd say it is at least 15 yards.  I hit one drive into a stiff wind that was longer than I can remember hitting it without a wind (Cathi, it was 18 into a stiff wind and I was across the gully in the fairway hitting a wedge.)

Extremely happy with the club and I'm reshafting the 909 for my son tonight (no, I won't need to go back).  My 910 is the D3, setting B2 with a kali'i stiff shaft.  I loved he feel of that shaft from the first swing during fitting.  I can swing easy and smooth and just crush it.

  9. Hi all,

My 910D2-10.5 (RIP-60 R) just arrived, took it straight out for a round.  It's certainly a good step up from my previous driver (909D2) being longer and more consistant, only noticable downside (besides not having that excellent magnetic head cover) is that on a couple of holes at my home course some rather nasty fairway bunkers have now come into play off the tee.

The club pro shop also just got some demo 910F's and H's, both of which ended up coming out for the round, they were both a step up as well from the 909's...........so just had to order them.

    Cheers, and Merry Christmas

    Jim

I hit both the D2 and D3.  I was in my local golf shop on the monitor and after 10 swings of each I could tell right away it was the D2.  The numbers were much better for me.  Then it came down to shaft choice, loft and setting.  Found the RIP 60 stiff to be the best shaft with the lowest spin for me.  I got a 9.5 loft and then since I tend to draw the ball and sometimes even hook I changed the setting and not have a C4 setting.  It is working perfect on the range.  Have not had 4-5 hours to take it to the course since it is getting dark early, but it has been very nice on the range.  Good luck to all of you in finding your perfect match. Mine is 910 D2, 9.5, RIP 60 Stiff, C4 setting!

My driver is a 910D2 with a 72 gram, Stiff Flex, Diamana 'ahina.    It also has a white Golf Pride New Decade Multicompound grip.

    My SFT setting is A-4.

My fitting experience was great because the Titleist staff were so helpful and working hard to get the right shaft for me.

My 910D2 blows all of the other drivers that I have ever had out of the water.  I'm never going back.

  12. I was fitted by the Titleist rep at the South San Francisco Golf Mart last week. I currently use a TM R9 9.5 Stiff . The rep fit me with the 910 D2 8.5 B-1  setting Kal'li 65 stiff shaft 45"  I would have never picked that club but he said that the numbers looked good . my SS is around 90-94 mph. Anyone else have a similar fitting?

Took a demo D2 8.5 out to the course and played a round with it and compared it with my TM R9. It was 10 yards on average shorter, but conditions were soft with no roll, all carry. Launch was very low. I ended up purchasing a D2 9.5 with the RIP 60 shaft. I liked the feel better and SS was a tad faster.I had it for about 3 rounds now and drives are 10-15 yards longer than R9 , again all carry in the soft fairways.

I found that the on course play was more accurate than the indoor monitors at the retail store.

Finally got my 910 D3 in the mail right before Christmas.  Got to go out and hit some balls on the range with it today.  WHAT A FANTASTIC STICK!!!  By far the best driver I have ever hit!  When I was fitted we didn't have an X-Flex Ahina shaft, so the setting changed a little once I recieved the driver.  Went out today and needed a little more loft so I changed mine from A1 to C4.  This thing is a bomb, can't wait to get my hands on the new fairway and hybrids.  I will post a picture of the driver, added a new paintfill to it tonight.

Thanks again Titleist for making the best equipment on the planet!

    Elliott,

Please post a photo of your new paintfill.  I'm going a lot of new paintfill for my son's clubs.  Any good tips on removing the original paint?

  16. Just got fit today at the PGA Center for Learning and Performance down in Port St. Lucie, Fl. Tested with the Pro V1x, the ball I use and my specs came 910D3 9.5 C-1 setting with Ahina 72 X. Great club. Best driver I've ever hit and so soft off the face.  Allows me to take the left side of the golf course out of play with a flat lined trajectory. Best product Titleist has made by far. Ordering it right away. Thanks for such a great product.

    Hi guys

I am a newbie on here, so any thoughts you have would be most welcome, i am a 4 handicap and about to go try out the 910 driver tomorrow. SS 104mph ,on trackman, 112mph on vector pro (common calibration probs i think!!) so i will stick with the trackman figures. tried the supertri last summer but no shaft i tried brought the spin numbers down to less than 3000rpm, so was fit into the superfast tp 9.5 with hd6 in stiff but all i am hitting is a high cut!! I don't hit the ball especially high, just mid flight but highish spin, any thoughts what to look out for tomorrow when i try the 910??

    Thanks guys

Was fitted for a 910 d3 with a graphite design tour ad di 6 stiff flex shaft. THe head is a 10.5 in the C4 setting. Cant wait for it to arrive and get it on the course!

  19. just got my D3 monday rip 70 gram X shaft. it is awesome used the 905 S for 5 years tell the face finally cracked and have been toyin with other drivers but they dont come even close to this...the shaft is awesome and the head sounds great!! only thing that could make it better is with the weights included as oppose to buying them separately, not complaining the driver is a 10 with the closest thing to it being a 7.

I go my 910 D3 8.5 with the Titleist Ahina 72 Stiff tipped 1"  I was hitting the 73x Whiteboard in my 905R 9.5 prior.  I live in Colorado and we currently have 5" of snow on the ground.  I need to move to FL!!!  I will update when I get the chance to hit it on the course.  I have a feeling I will be getting a new shaft?? I loved that Whiteboard!!

I got a chance to get fitted for the 910 and must say I was very impressed and got to see what everyone has been raving about. From my previous driver, my numbers were a lot better and it was a very eye opening experience to see the difference between the 910 and my other driver. I ditched it and am now playing the 910 D2 driver with the Aldila RIP (S) and my setting is A1. I have never gotten fit for any clubs other than my irons and wedges so seeing the difference, I took in my 3 wood and hybrid and sure enough I posted much better numbers and can work the ball and not worry if I am going to hit a strong fade.

I actually switched from Callaway to Titleist because of these drivers.  I had previously used Titleist in the mid to late 1990's, with a bag of DCI Oversize + Black and 975D driver and DCI Starship metals.  The aesthetics of this driver were what caught my eye but after being tested on a launch monitor and on the range, I was easily convinced to put one into play.  I ended up being fitted for a 910 D3 with Aldila RIP 60 Shaft in Stiff Flex set at A1.  It is going great and can't wait to put the fairway and hybrids into my bag.

Got my fitting done at Golfsmith and it was a good idea. My numbers were high with my old driver and I had no idea, now I have a great shaft and an awesome driver.

The 910 D3 beats my old driver big time. I can work the ball right to left and left to right now instead of just one way which is a big plus. I love the feel and sound I get with the D3 as well!

I was Tour fitted for the 910D3 and love it!  I used to swing a 907 D1 and my 910D3 is just in another world.  It's so buttery smooth and just feels great.  I have an Aldila NV 55S and my setting is A3.  My good shots are better and my misses are less magnified.  I'm getting more distance and control and I'm beating old xouts off a mat.

I have yet to pipe one down a fairway that’s not covered in snow, but I absolutely can’t wait.

Got fitted and ordered my new 910 on Thursday.

    910D3- 9.5 -Project X 7.0   C-1 setting

Steve at Lafortune Park in Tulsa was very knowledgeable and helpful for the whole process.  Showed me what my 905T was spinning at and then what my new set up would be spinning at with the correct settings.

Flight and spin with the D3 is far and away better.  Can't wait to get it out on the course.

Finally got to hit a real ball (not a beat up x out) down a real fairway and I just love this driver.  It's perfect for me, and getting fit really paid off.
