Mostly water, gotta stay hydrated. Will also usually either bring a Gatorade with me or buy one at the turn.

H2O for me. Maybe a blue gatorade if I'm really in a wild mood.

Way too hot for anything with alcohol or caffine in it. Poweraide Zero or Gatorade Zero. Will go through a couple of those big bottles during round plus water during this hot weather. No caffine, no sugar, no calories. Might have an occasional Landshark during the summer at night. In the winter, do enjoy Jameson's Irish Whiskey and Disaronno Originale Amaretto.

Picked up some Crown Royal Dark while in the Caribbean recently for the winter months. Had not tried it, but had to test it, very tasty and the price was right. Again, prefer not to drink on the course unless it might be real cold and need a little warming up. So not much need for it here along the coast of SC for our three weeks of winter. Heat and alcohol do not mix well.

Good old h2o while swinging...nice bourbon or IPA after the round to reminisce with friends

Powerade Zero (punch flavor) and a few bottles of water. I use a metal travel glass that keeps ice very well so it's nice to have a cold drink always handy.
  7. Gatorade / water for me during the heat unless my round is going south on me then it calls for a drink called a Summertime. Tastes like a creamsicle. Spiced rum, 7 up and orange juice.

I couple of Diet Cokes and a couple of bottles of water.
  10. Love how different eveyones tastes are, but water is a common theme which is good.
  11. Usually freeze a Gatorade and put it in the bag, and a refillable water bottle. At the turn the Gatorade is perfect (I usually pack a couple protein bars next to it to keep them from melting in the heat)
  12. Been on an Arnold Palmer kick lately (1/2 tea, 1/2 lemonade). Usually water and Gatorade during the round....pretty hot and humid down here in Georgia. If it it’s super humid I’ll bring some KillCliffs with me for hydration/recovery.

Body Armor sports drink is the best. Keeps you way more hydrated than gatorade

Water. Only and always. I carry a 24oz insulated Hydro Flask and refill it as needed at the water coolers along the course. Keeps the water cool and relatively lightweight while walking.

During the spring/winter/fall I have 2 Powerade Zero (any flavor) and 2 Water (all 32 oz), one of each for 9. During the summer it's 4 of each.
