I've been playing with a bad hip my entire life. I'm finally going under the knife in January to get my right hip replaced. I will have to revamp my entire swing once I get clearance to play again. 2019 is going to be an interesting year for me and my golf game. But hey ... I should be walking without pain hopefully.

My golf buddy used to have a nagging pain in his butt. Not anymore, his divorce was final a few month's ago. :)

My golf used to be on fire,
I got my handicap down to 6 then I dislocated my right shoulder at work.
I then stupidly tried to keep playing golf causing more pain and injury to myself, my handicap went up to 12.
After months now years of physio, acupuncture, countless hours of massages I’m starting to feel better / stronger again.
Fingers crossed I can get back down to single figures where I should be for 2019.
