It occurred to me that at -6, a golf ball could shatter, or at the very least, feel like you've hit a brick. We're supposed to get to 73 today in SoCal.

Still three or four inches of snow on the ground, but, it is up to 11* this morning. Unfortunately, that is probably going ot be close to our high temp of the day. Lows tonight down around zero or below. I keep reminding myself I live here for the Summer temperatures that rarely exceed 78*. That's helpful until the front door opens and you get a blast of frigid air in the face. Soemtimes it's hard to believe I do live in the South.

-28*F this morning here in NC Wisconsin. But the forecast for Saturday is for around 32*F. After what we've been having it will feel like spring and I'm going ice fishing!
