What club would you putt with? Me the 8 iron, kinda my go to club in many weird situations.

Choked down hybrid works well. Occasionally use the bladed sand wedge against the collar but using it all day as a putter is a bit tricky as the miss if you don't catch it right is a bit severe. Hybrid chip is also great from tight lies off the green. My go-to shot at Bandon Dunes.
  3. I would probably defer to the 3 wood. Potentially the back of my 2 iron left handed. Great question though... never really thought about being but in the situation.

Hybrid for me, i love putting with it when short sided around the greens in the fringe or rough!

Hybrid, the compact head mimics the putter best. 3 wood is a bit too big!

I was lucky enough the course was a Scotty Cameron Showcase location. I used one of the demo models for the round. In a pinch, would use my 7 or 8 iron as I like the weight of those clubs.

    3 wood for me , I don’t have a hybrid

I would blade my 60 degree wegde. It's my shortest club and I already do it quite often in a round.

I use a blade putter, with that in mind either choke down on my 3 wood or 3 iron, since those would be my least lofter clubs.

I’d be asking to borrow one from the pro shop...or buying a new one!

    Other than that, hybrid
  12. As Dale has ventured, I'd probs go with the hybrid as the face is the flattest and closest to a putting action.
You might go with a wedge or short iron but the results are potentially going to be more problematic.
One recommended technique is to aim the leading edge at the equator of the ball... but don't blame me if it doesn't work all the time!!
Think after 18 holes of experimentation, you might never forget your putter again!

I would either use a choked down hybrid of the blade of my sand wedge. I've practiced the SW on occassions.

Great advice Dale V. I often have used my hybrids around the green.

I’d use my sand wedge. Choke up a little and strike it right on the equator.

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a new putter at my club.

I have wedge putted many times. It's usually when I have just blown a hole up and am so aggravated that I just want to move on. Started playing with using a hybrid from off the green recently.

I putt often with my sand wedge because it aggravates my playing partners, usually with good success.
