  1. If you've been on the forums here long enough, then you for sure know that Cathi Donahoo was absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable moderator/employee for Titleist.

You may not know that she recently left Titleist.

I've been great friends with Cathi for over 8 years and she's the reason I became a Titleist loyalist. I can't tell you how much she's helped me in choosing the right gear over the years.

Even though she's not here any longer, I wanted to let you all know and wish her the best of luck with her future endeavors. I play golf with her just about every Sunday, so if you want me to pass any thing along to her, just let me know. I'll be happy to do so.

I received my first Thank You package from Titleist by Cathy when I reached the All 14 Club a few years back. it was a great surprise. She was always quick to chime in with answer here as well for TT members.

Wishing her luck where ever she goes.

Like most of us here who are not employed by Titleist but are big fans, hopefully she will choose to stay connected and occasionally respond with her personal thoughts and perspectives. Always appreciated her posts and very much enjoyed getting to know her during the planning and playing of our local event at The Grand earlier this year. Best of luck Cathi in your future endeavors.

Cathi was my go to person for answers to my questions quite a while. I've also received several gift packs with personal notes from her. She is a wonderful person and will be missed on the TT forums and at Titleist.

Cathi is without peer in the golf world. I can't remember a time in the 9 years I've been a member of Team Titleist when she wasn't there. Cathi always knew me when I called Customer Service. Sent wonderful emails, notes and surprise goodies. Enlisted my participation in exclusive TT events and was involved in every way and everything Titleist. She is rock of Team Titleist and will be sorely missed. I am sadden at the loss to the Titleist community and the company she was such a huge part of. I hope the next round in her life will be healthy, happy and green/fairway and one putt filled. Thank you so much for everything, Cathi! We miss you! Play and be well! To you and your entire family, the best always, Vern

Not denigrate any of the concierges at Titleist - I've had a good professional relationship with all of them with the service they've offered over the years, but Cathi did extend some additional professional courtesies, especially if I was in the SD area for any reason. I'm sure it will be hard to find someone with as big a heart as she had for Titleist that will be small enough to fit in the space with all those thousands of shafts to send out for custom fittings.

A big loss for us. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer or a problem she couldn't solve. she helped me several times over the past 4 years. Best of luck Cathi and I hope to see you in October here at PGA Golf Club when Kurt plays in the Senior Club Pro Championship.

Sorry to hear that, but all the best to her. I would call her specifically about swingweight on my new drivers or fairway woods.

She even called me back one time when she accidentally made a mistake and made sure I got the right weight for my driver. She will be missed...very professional. Best of luck to Cathy on your future endeavors!!

Cathi was always there whenever I had a question and we have talked on the phone numerous times. She was a big asset to Titleist and to all the loyalists. I wish her nothing but great things in her new adventures. She will be missed. Adieu, Ms Cathi.......

Thanks for the news Chris G. I can't tell you how sad I am that she has left. Please tell her so long, and best wishes from the East Coast.

  18. I agree with all the favorable remarks about Cathi. Without a doubt she was one of the best advocates for Team Titleist (among others at the company) to ensure we always had up to date information, maybe a fun piece of swag occasionally and of course, just was the nicest person we could ask for on the other end of a telephone and/or in person.

That being said, I will raise the glass to Titleist for their efforts to have a full group of professionals that will pick up the baton and continue to the excellent service we are all used to by now.

Best of luck to Cathi on all her future pursuits and I am looking forward to the staff at Titleist to continue all their great efforts with our community.

    Cheers, Chris

Cathi has also helped me a few times and she was good in what she does- Club Concierge.

"Wishing you all the best, Cathi!"
