  2. I’ve noticed that my club face gets a white spot on it after hitting a RTC ball, obviously from the ball cover. It’s especially notable with wedges. Is this problem being addressed?
  3. Great information just the sort of teaching video that will help me get the best out of my club and ball relationship well done
  4. Amazing stuff. What a great (and informative) video. Kudos to the engineers.
  5. Awesome video!
  6. I've had discussions with a teaching pro and he's been telling me that if you hit the ball just a little bit thin it will create more spin. Is that true?
  7. Yes.

    @dennyR

When the ball is hit thin it takes backspin off and also comes out at a lower trajectory which makes the ball rocket over your intended target. You may want to look into getting a new teaching pro?! I know that may sound rude but if they are telling you the opposite of what actually happens then I’m not sure they are giving you any good info.

    Good luck!
  9. Very, very interesting.
I'd be interested to know from your research, what the average spin rate deviation was from using regular balls versus RTC balls on interior swing analysis.
    Great job!!

I currently use an Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor. will the RCT technology change the results that I see as opposed to a regular PRO V1
  11. Very interesting! I’ve used them a couple of times for shaft fitting and data gathering.
  12. Very informative video. I have been wondering for years...why can't we put a microchip in side a golf ball or baseball or football etc. that will measure spin, speed, gps position and report back. It's my understanding that trackman and other radar machines are just guessing at 90% of the information. Why guess if we don't have to?
  13. Interesting and informative.

I currently use an Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor. WIll the RCT technology change the readings that I currently get from using a regular PRO V1
  16. I'm in the process of building an indoor hitting space in my garage for this winter, using a Full Swing Kit monitor.
Already stocked up on the RCT balls from my previous winters of playing indoors at the local shop with the Trackman units! I noticed zero drop off from my regular -Pro V1x vs the RCT ball from outdoors, to inside.

Kudos to the engineering team for sure!
  17. Very Cool!
  18. Very Cool!
  19. Very cool! I’ve used RCT balls in a shaft fitting and for data gathering (both with Trackman).
  20. the GC quad does not need this ball because of its 4 cameras. the Trackman needed a radar ball because its technology is not as advanced as the Foresight I believe the GC quad is the only monitor that is as far advanced

As players we depend on practice to produce the results we strive for day in and day out. Watching the video on the RCT parallels that drive to produce the results needed for the next generation golf environment. Thanks for the countless hours put into pursuing perfection!

Another great example of Titleist working to make it possible for us to improve our game and increase our enjoyment. Living in the northeast I am in a simulator for the winter months and accurate feedback is important.

Thanks Mike for another great video sharing what goes on behind the scenes at Titleist...
  24. Any plans to add RCT to the other Titleist balls beyond ProV1? AVX's are best for my game and play much different from the ProV1s... I know I'm asking for a VERY niche market. I hate using the metallic dots SOOO much in my home simulator!
  25. Building a hitting bay in my garage for the winter, using a Full Swing Kit monitor.
Already have a stash of RCT balls just waiting for launch day!!
