  1. So I made a bunch of new additions to the bag this year. GT3 driver, GT2 4 wood and GT2 7 wood for starters. I added a T200 4 iron to fill the gap between my 5 iron and 7 wood. I also switched my putter from the super select Newport 2.5+ to the new phantom 7.5. The 7 wood is my swiss army knife. I can use it anywhere from 170-230, off the tee, on the fairway, out of the rough and I'm sure I could even putt with it. The new phantom putter has really helped with my alignment on my putts and I have been dropping my number of putts per round by an average of 5 strokes per round. However, I think my most favorite addition to the bag has to be the TT fairway headcover I received at the TT open in Utah. That thing just completes my setup.

GT2 driver, versus my old 910D driver. Added 40m to my drive!

43 yards is a heck of increase in distance. Congratulations. The technology has come a long way since 2010. That is roughly 3 yards per year. If I can get that I am all in. What shaft did you get?
  4. No doubt it is my new GT2 Driver with Graphite Design Shaft....seems like I hit farther and straighter than my previous TSR!

Super excited to put it back in action when the weather gets better here in the midwest.

    Cheers, Chris

My year of Titleist. Really turned over my whole bag this year. TSR 2 Driver, T200 Irons, SM10 wedges, and even threw in New Scotty Newport 2 superselect. Really have enjoyed everything and so happy with my choices. Been a great year and ready for next season.

I added a TSR2 3 Wood to the bag after the price drop with the GT launch. It has been a welcome addition as I begin the winter simulator season.

I have a multi-generational TT Bag ........917 D2 driver, TSR2 3W, 716 AP2 (3-P), and 52, 56 and 60* SM6 Vokeys along with a Scotty Newport SS (2014). Titleist gear stands the test of time and there are certainly incremental gains to be had with the newer tech. I've been contemplating upgrading my irons for a few seasons now......maybe when the kids are off to college.

Tough one but it’s definitely between the T200 3 iron and the GT3 driver.

    Love them both

New and fitted T200 irons and SM10 wedges. More confident over the ball, just working on my yardage now.

Without doubt , it is the new Titleist T300 irons ! A lifelong png guy ( 30 plus years and due respect ) when it came to irons, the last set of Pings underperformed in my book, very inconsistent. A couple of my better playing golf buddies suggested trying Titleist T series irons and WOW. At 67 years old, it will be Titleist irons in my golf bag from here on out , for sure. I'm only a little mad at myself for not switching earlier !

During the summer I purchased a Cart 15 bag and in the fall was fitted for a GT3 15 fairway, both were great additions to my gear.
  16. For myself, I added several items, from all new wedges, to putter, to GT drivers and fairway woods, to a Links Legend bag I won at the Cdn TT GT launch event!
So the one with the biggest effect on my game, was undoubtedly the GT4 driver. Fit into a shorter shaft, so fwys hit went up, along with some regained distance. All added up to + 2.4 strokes gained, so I'm calling that a win !!

    Happy New Year TT !
