I do like to enjoy my round and not feel like I'm in a track meet and definitely do not want to feel like I have to rush. I am not a slow player and I will ENJOY my round. My rounds are in the high 70s low 80s on a 7000 yard course from whites

Miss it quick.

Not a quote, but, worthy to share. I was playing the Old Course at Lahinch several years ago and paired with a man and his wife from London. He was very slow and just froze over the ball on each shot. I had employed the services of a veteran caddie that was less than patient when it came to slow play. Somewhere around the fourth hole on the tee box the man was frozen solid and the caddie says to the wife "shall I poke him and see if he's still alive?"

There's a guy we play with, he's a good stick and a gruff at the same time... doesn't say much. Playing 36 during winter, everyone knows what to do, but if anyone in our group or in front lags behind we'd all hear him in a rough ol' voice echoing...
